Fujian Women’s Research Society held its 2016 seminar “ Gender equality and women's development in the vision of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development”. At the seminar, Hwa Nan young teacher Chen Huaizhen presented a research paper entitled An Analysis on Correlations between Job Satisfaction and Job Burnout of Women Administrators of Higher Education Institutions Based upon the Statistics of Fujian Higher Education Institutions, for which she was awarded the third prize.
Hwa Nan has been for a long time actively participating in women’s research and integrating theories of women’s development into the curriculum in order to cultivate all around development of talented women. In the future, the college will continue to be committed to women’s development and actively involved into relevant research activities to promote women’s studies in Fujian.
