Lin Wei is a graduate of Class 1990 from Childhood Education and Counseling Department.  She is now a child education and psychology specialist and National Second-Level Psychological Counselor, who has been engaged in Children's psychological counseling and training since 1990.  In 1994, she established Learning Power in Beijing, the first designated education institution for research and training on children’s learning ability in China.  The institution is well known for its effective, practical, targeted instruction for children and parents.  For the last 24 years, the Learning Power has opened 200 campuses in 50 cities of China and is the most famous brand name in children’s aptitude and competency education in China.  Lin Wei is also leading the research on the topic of teenagers’ brain science and learning for the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.  She is invited as an expert for CCTV Children’s Channel, distinguished expert of National Online Parenting School, and committee member of National Adolescent Psychological Health Education Project.  Lin Wei has also published several books including Learning Trouble, Preparation for Primary School, New Ways for Motherhood, New Findings in Learning, and Your Child Can Learn Better.

Lin Wei loves her work as a child education and psychology specialist and feels lucky she can take on this path which gives her much satisfaction.  By helping children, she receives a lot of sincere rewards which brings her tremendous happiness.  She attributes this to the spiritual power of “Having received, we ought to give”learned from her mentors in Hwa Nan.
