Lin Ying graduated from the Applied English Department in 1997 and later achieved MBA degree.  She is a senior economist, and manager of the Capital Security Department of Fujian Provincial Communication Transportation Group, which is the biggest state owned enterprise in Fujian province，the biggest logistics company in Fujian province, and the top one hundred in service and logistics industry of China.  

After graduation from Hwa Nan, Lin Ying started her career in this company as an office secretary.  Her diligence and hard work earned her promotions one after another, from manager of a second-tier subsidiary, deputy manager of a subsidiary company, to the senior administrative position as the department manager of the parent company and board director of subsidiary companies.  She is the youngest being promoted to the positions of deputy division director and division director in the company. 

From 2014 to 2016, she was assigned by the Organization Department of the CPC Provincial Committee to serve the temporary position as deputy director of the Administration Committee of Sanming Eco Industry and Trade Zone in charge of inviting outside investment，for which she received excellent official assessment. 

Many years’ studying and learning through practice help her achieve professional titles including senior auditor for comprehensive evaluation of logistics enterprises for China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, member of expert committee of Fujian Province Logistics Industry Service Network , member of expert committee for management performance assessment for the enterprises invested by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the people’s government of Fujian province，and Visiting Associate Professor of Concord College.  For her outstanding performance, she has been awarded honors of March-Eighth Red Flag Holder of Fujian Province and Woman Pace Setter of Fujian Province.
