To promote college graduates’ job employment, to broaden the channel of employment, and to facilitate two way selection between graduates and employers, Hwa Nan organized an on-campus job fair for 2020 graduates in the afternoon of Nov. 20.  

This year, over 170 companies including Little Golden Start Education Co., Fujian Digital China Convention Center, Fujian Human Resources Service Co., WISSUN group, Fujian Guangda International Travel Service Co., were invited to the campus job fair and more than2000 jobs were offered in the industries of educational training, business trade, catering, nursing, tourism, convention and exhibition, clothing design and information technology.

More than 1300 graduates of Hwa Nan applied for jobs in the Fair.  Some freshmen and sophomores attended the fair to watch and learn about the market demand, to get familiar with the process and to gain experience.  The fair was fully recognized by employers and students.  According to the survey conducted, most of the employers are satisfied with the event and happy with the overall quality of Hwa Nan graduates.

Party Secretary Wang Haiyan, Vice President Huang Jie and Deputy Secretary Ren Jianhong attended the job fair and provided guidance.  They learned about the employment needs of the enterprises and extended best wishes to graduates attending the fair.  Department Chairs and teachers also took the opportunity of this year’s job fair to have extensive exchange with employers and to expand cooperative relationships.
