On the afternoon of December 18, 2019 Faculty and Staff Training Exchange was held in Yu Baosheng Lecture Hall.  All faculty and staff attended the meeting and eight teachers shared their training outcomes with the audience.

Zheng Minyi shared her new understandings from the training class for primary level organization heads of China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD).  Gan Jingyun and Qiu Tingting introduced the fruitful results from attending the visiting scholar shadowing programs for Fujian vocational college outstanding young teachers.  Liu Yapei made a report on the visiting scholar program for program leaders of higher education institutions.  Zhang Meiling and Xu Min shared their learning experience and thoughts on Fujian and Taiwan cooperative faculty development programs.  Huang Yunwen gave an introduction about her coaching experience in student skill competition.  Lin Jinqing shared his learnings from a visit to the smart libraries.

Eight teachers unreservedly passed on to all faculty and staff their learning achievements from which everybody benefits remarkably.  The exchange inspired each other, helped all faculty and staff grow, and effectively boosted the effects of trainings.
