2020-2021 Meeting With Student Representatives Facing Financial Difficulties

 

On December 24, 2020, Student Affairs Office organized a meeting with students facing financial difficulties in Meeting Room 106. Deputy Secretary Wu Lanjia, Dean Pan Shaofang, Wang Xuezhen from Mental Health Education Center, Party Branch Secretaries and student representatives from various departments attended the meeting.
At the meeting, student representatives actively spoke about their life, study and family situation and expressed their appreciation to the government and the college for providing financial assistance. They said on-campus part time jobs helped them financially and provided opportunities for the enhancement of their practical abilities. Students also gave suggestions on offering more part time jobs on campus and their questions were responded by teachers and staff from Student Aid Center. Student representatives expressed they will study hard, make life plans, and try best to grow and develop.
Deputy Secretary Wu Lanjia was pleased to see the confidence and hard work from students’ word. She hoped they could continue to be positive, bolster confidence, specify the goals, plan the future and become better selves.
