On the afternoon of April 14, Chen Xiuping, Editor in chief of MOOC and Microlecture course production from Fujian Company of Super Star Group gave a lecture on policy analysis and case studies of 2021 National Teachers’ Teaching Ability Competition.  Vice President Zhang Qiuping presided over the lecture and all Hwa Nan teachers attended the lecture.

Chen Xiuping shared with teachers her many year experience as a team leader and as a judge in Microlecture production competitions.  She made analysis of the circular recently issued by Fujian Education Department on April 14 about Fujian Vocational Institution Teachers’Teaching  Ability Competition in 2021 by integrating the evaluation criteria and competition requirements of the past competitions, and provided many innovative thinkings of class organization.

Vice President Zhang Qiuping made a summary of the lecture and hoped all teachers after the training adapt newly learned approaches in the teaching practice, take advantage of diverse information tools to enrich teaching, bring fresh impetus to the course innovation under the background of  "teachers, teaching materials, teaching methods" reform, and achieved successful results in the following competition.
