On the afternoon of April 25, a delegation of seven from Shaowu municipality including Member of the Standing Committee of Municipal Party Committee and Propaganda Department Director Gong Jianchun, Propaganda Department Executive Deputy Director Huang Qingping, Shaowu Education Bureau Director Chen Shengliang and Deputy Director Xie Jianfeng made an inspection tour to Hwa Nan.  They were accompanied by President Ren Jianhong, Party Secretary Wang Haiyan, Vice President Huang Leijing, Vice President Zhang Qiuping and Deputy Party Secretary Wu Lanjia.  President’s Office, Dean’s Office and other offices attended the meeting.

Director Gong Jianchun and his entourage toured the campus and the history gallery to know about the history, the education philosophy, the unique features, the achievement and the development goals of Hwa Nan. 

In the afterward meeting, President Ren Jianhong on behalf of Hwa Nan Party and administrative leaders warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed appreciation for the hospitality extended to Hwa Nan from Director Gong and Shaowu Education Bureau during the trip to Shaowu earlier this month.  Director Gong spoke highly of Hwa Nan’s history and its education quality.  He fully affirmed Hwa Nan’s long term mechanism focusing on talent cultivation and its practice of establishing cooperative relationship with Shaowu Secondary Vocational School.  He hoped the two schools will strengthen connections and suggested of building vocational training centers with Shaowu featured industries to integrate the resources of enterprises with vocational schools.  President Ren Jianhong said Hwa Nan will take the synergy of “five year vocational education” as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with Shaowu in admission, employment and talent cultivation to promote in-depth integration of enterprises with vocational education and “five year vocational education” program run by secondary and higher vocational schools for high quality development.
