On the afternoon of June 2, the faculty and staff training exchange meeting for 2020-2021 academic year was held in Yu Baosheng Lecture Hall.  All faculty and staff attended the meeting.  Chen Qing, Jia Liqian, Zhang Min and Huang Yalu shared their learning outcomes with the audience.

The four teachers talked about their learning experience, thoughts, and ideas from different perspectives.  President Ren Jianhong highly commended them for their learning achievement.  She said training is for the purpose of raising professional competence and Hwa Nan will create more opportunities for teachers to go out and bring back advanced teaching philosophy and educational thoughts for sharing with other teachers to raise teaching and administrative ability.

The training exchange meeting provides not only a platform for teachers to demonstrate themselves but also a learning opportunity for other teachers.  Teachers share learning experience, learn about latest information of education reform and make progress in the exchange.
