On July 7, 2020-2021 academic year summary meeting was held in the lecture hall to review 2020-2021 academic year and lay out the tasks for the summer and the upcoming semester.  Council Chair Su Mengna, President Ren Jianhong, Party Secretary Wang Haiyan, Vice President Zhang Qiuping, Vice President Huang Leijing, Deputy Secretary Wu Lanjia and all faculty and staff attended the meeting.  The meeting was anchored by Deputy Director of College Office Yao Guangping.

Party Secretary Wang Haiyan made a summary of the party building and ideological work in this academic year.  She conveyed the content and the spirit of the meetings on municipal educational units’summer arrangement and cultural and ethical advancement promotion plan.  She also laid out the work for the next stage.  She said we should earnestly push forward CPC history learning and education,  learn and implement the spirit of the important speech delivered by Xi on July 1, carry forward the great founding spirit of the Party, stay true to the Party’s original aspiration, work hard to make our due contributions, and create a bright future for Hwa Nan.

 Vice President Huang Leijing made a summary of 2021 Spring student recruitment job and gave a speech to mobilize all faculty and staff to work for Summer student recruitment.  She made analysis of statistics of Spring student recruitment, summed up experience, spotted the shortcomings, and rolled out measures for improvement.  She also gave interpretation of summer student recruitment policies and recruitment plan.

President Ren Jianhong gave a summary report on 2020-2021 academic year to all faculty and staff.  She reviewed the achievements and highlights for 2020-2021 academic year, analyzed the weakness and the problems, and pointed out high level specialty group construction and diversified forms of education are the utmost priority for the future.  She hoped all faculty and staff be united, rally together, devote to the work with passion, and make contribution to the school.

At last, President Ren Jianhong announced the commendation decision of outstanding units for 2020-2021 academic year and awarded the plagues to Cost Construction Major, Dean’s Office, Practical Training Center, and Financial Affairs Office.
