On the morning of November 26 , the 6th  Sports Festival and Track and Field Sports Meet was held in the athletic field.  Council Chair Su Mengna, President Renjianhong, Party Secretary Li Tingwang, Vice President Zhang Qiuping, Vice President Huang Leijing, Deputy Secretary Wu Lanjia, teachers, and staff attended the opening ceremony.

Following the national flag and college flag teams, twenty-three athletic teams marched into the field with uniform chanting , firm steps and loud slogan shouting, demonstrating high spirits of college students.  Under the theme of “sporting youth and building a great nation”, the Sports Festival lasted one month and sports competition such as badminton basketball and ping pong started earlier.  Teachers and students actively participated and competed hard and brave in unyielding spirit, building sports competition atmosphere on campus.

After two days’ fierce competition, Education Department scores the highest.  Department of Art and Design achieves the second highest team score.  International Business Management Department ranks the third.  This year’s Sportsmanship Award goes to the Department of Health Services.  Six school records were broke in this Sports Meet.
