Recently 2021 Classroom Teaching Skill Competition for Fujian Vocational College Teachers run by Fujian Vocational and Technical Education Institute successfully closed.  After fierce competition, Hwa Nan teacher Yi Haoqing won the first prize.  Teacher Guo Chenyi and Huang Yunwen received the third prizes.  Hwa Nan was honored Excellent Organization Award.

Classroom Teaching Skill Competition is an important measure for implementing the spirit of National Vocational Education Reform Action Plan and Fujian Vocational Education Reform Action Plan.  Hwa Nan has paid high attention to this competition, by actively motivating, organizing and helping teachers to participate.  The three teachers in their spare time went over their entry pieces repeatedly and instantly improved their entries.  During their preparations, leaders of Hwa Nan paid visits and gave their guidance.  Dean’s Office and other relevant offices also provided active coordination, handled their problems encountered in the training, invited experts to give rounds of comments and polish, and seek technical help videotaping their teaching.

Through this competition, Hwa Nan teachers’ overall competency, teaching skills and innovation abilities were further enhanced.  Their digital teaching skill and digital application ability improved.  Hwa Nan will continue doubling down efforts on training and building teaching teams and continuously improve the cultivation quality.
