On April 27, the Admission and Student Employment Office with China Strait Talent Market provided one-on-one employment guidance on line for students, to respond to the employment situation and to solve graduates’ practical difficulties .  The customized and diversified guidance is more targeted and effective.  The expert team is composed of state-level career advisors from China Strait Talent Market, big Internet company executives, human resource experts,  Director Zhang Wenxiu from School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Hwa Nan and Director Zhang Lingjuan of Student Affairs Office.

The one-on-one guidance involved job experience sharing, resume writing, and career placement advice.  More than thirty students met with experts via video link, stating the difficulties they met in the job seeking process and listening to the advice from the experts.  The one-on-one guidance offered concrete and effective help to have better understandings of the employment situation, to guide graduates in their career plan and to increase abilities to address practical problems.
