School-Enterprise Spark Program on Campus Launched

  

On May 19, the press conference of School-enterprise Spark Program launched by Hwa Nan, Main Store of CIMEN Fujian and Fuzhou Association of Interior Designers was held in the main store of CIMEN Fujian.  The program will build a craft and material exhibition hall for teaching demonstration to promote and strengthen school enterprise cooperation for interior design vocational education.

General Manager Ms. Chen Lishuang of CIMEN Fujian Main Store warmly remarked that the launch of the School-enterprise Spark Program is a new trial of establishing a teaching base to incorporate learning and practice, enhance the optimization and deep integration of equipment and technology of the school and the enterprise, and advance seamless alignment of talent supply and demand.  CIMEN will strengthen the three party cooperation and find a unique path for attracting, cultivating and keeping talents.

President of Fuzhou Association of Interior Designers Mr. Sun Changjian addressed that the school-enterprise cooperation is a good demonstration of modern education theory and practice and more philanthropic programs are expected to be developed with the support.

Hwa Nan President Ren Jianhong gave a keynote speech on Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China.  The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China went into force on May 1, 2022.  She said expanding school-enterprise exchanges is conducive to conducting research of program and curriculum development, carrying out academic activities of design education to meet the social needs, and enhancing students’ professional competency.

Hwa Nan Interior Design Program Director Zhang Ting talked about the blueprint for implementing the school-enterprise cooperation.  She said Hwa Nan is honored to launch the Spark Program and welcomes visits to Hwa Nan for exchanges, lectures, project guidance and product development. 

Executive Vice-president of Fuzhou Association of Interior Designers Mr. Lin Zhigen said the School-Enterprise Spark Program will advance school-enterprise cooperation in teaching facility improvement, curriculum restructure, teaching model reform, and student evaluation system restructure.   He called for interior designers to join the School-enterprise Spark Program.
