On March 19, the 7th Skill Competition for Persons with Disability of Fujian Province was held in Fuzhou. The competition was hosted by Fujian Disabled Person’s Federation, Fujian Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, and Fujian Federation of Trade Unions. Hwa Nan ran the sub-venues of Women’s Clothes Making, Men’s Clothes Making and Chinese Pastry Making with a total number of twenty-four contestants competed in these events.
Sen Zhu, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of Fujian Disabled Person’s Federation accompanied by Hwa Nan Party Secretary Tingwang Li made an inspection trip to the venues. He fully affirmed Hwa Nan’s work on the preparation, the decoration, the organization, and the order maintaining of the event. He spoke highly of sixty volunteers from Hwa Nan who provided warm and attentive services to the contestants and referees, created good atmosphere of respecting, understanding, caring and helping disabled persons, and ensured the success of the competition.
