On the afternoon of March 22, Hwa Nan held a meeting on Employment Promotion for Graduates of Class 2023 to implement the decisions and plans on stabilizing and ensuring employment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and the guiding principles of the Video Conference on 2023 National college Graduates’ Employment Meeting. President Jianhong Ren, Party Secretary Tingwang Li, Vice President Leijing Huang, Vice President Qiuping Zhang, Deputy Party Secretary Lanjia Wu, relevant office directors, Department Branch Party Secretaries, Department Chairs, Program Directors and all student counselors attended the meeting presided over by Deputy Office Director Guangping Yao.
At the meeting, Teacher Chaoping Liu from Admission and Student Employment Office gave a report on the questionnaire results of graduates’ employment quality for Class 2022, which provided solid statistical reference to graduates’ employment for this semester.
Vice President Leijing Huang in her speech stressed on capturing opportunities, implementing top leadership project, and stepping up efforts in promoting employment. She raised four point requirements for the graduates’ employment of Class 2023. The first is to optimize services and keep targeted. The second is to be innovative and flexible. The third is to make solid progress and ensure effectiveness. The fourth is to reinforce guidance and improve competency. She asked all departments to be united in thought, mobilize everybody to participate in the employment promotion, and innovatively achieve full and high quality employment for graduates of Class 2023 with collective wisdom and efforts.

Party Secretary Tingwang Li gave a mobilization speech. He said all offices and departments shall fully recognize the importance of graduates’ employment, broaden the employment channels for them, accurately know the employment situation of graduates, and provide precise services. He also required the establishment of a grid working module coordinating branch party secretaries, department chairs, program directors, counselors, and teachers to promote employment in all means and efforts.
