On the afternoon of May 31, 2023 scholarship awarding ceremony was held in the auditorium.  Over one hundred teachers and students attended the ceremony.  They are Council Chair Rongmin Yu, President Jianhong Ren, Vice President Leijing Huang, Deputy Party Secretary Lanjia Wu, Dean Shaofang Pan, Director of Student Affairs Office Shaofang Pan, President of Alumni Association Shuqin Yang, scholarship sponsor representative Huiling Zheng, party branch secretaries and student representatives.

Deputy Secretary Lanjia Wu read the decision on commending 2023 scholarship winners.  For the 2022-2023 academic year, eight National Scholarships, one hundred and fifty-two National Encouragement Scholarships, forty-five Workmanship Scholarships, eight Hard Work Scholarships, fifteen North American Alumnae Association Scholarships, and fifteen Zhongxuan Lin and Meiying Lin Scholarships were awarded.   Leaders and teachers presented the awards to scholarship recipients.  National Scholarship recipient Wanqing Lin, Workmanship Scholarship recipient Qiuling Zheng, Zhongxuan Lin and Meiying Lin Scholarship recipient Zinuo Guo gave speeches, sharing their growing experience and inspirations and encouraging all to work hard and contribute to the society.

Deputy Secretary Wu Lanjia delivered a concluding speech. She hoped scholarship recipients play positive and exemplary role leading other students to study hard.  She encouraged all students waste no time and study hard to live up to the expectations of the parents, the school and the society.  She wished students hold moral values and love, keep the country in mind, find the convergence in serving the motherland and achieving self-fulfillment, and devote their youth to the motherland and the people.
