The Department of Civil Affairs of Fujian Province recently announced the ten units listed in the 3rd Batch of Fujian Provincial Elderly Care Talent Training Base, in which Hwa Nan was named.

Hwa Nan has been building up its practice base in pursuit of meeting the requirements of the demonstrative training base and in cooperation with the industry.  Seven elderly care practice rooms with a construction area of 895 square meters have been built, including smart elderly care practice room, smart at-home care practice room, nutrition counseling center, health evaluation practice room, household service practice room, cooking practice room, bakery.  The well equipped practice rooms can simulate the elderly care and service in different settings, which can cover the needs of skill training, skill appraisal, research and development.

Hwa Nan will further standardize the management of the practice base and make good use of the base to prioritize the elderly care talent training and skill appraisal, make innovation of talent training and evaluation model, and promote the development of elderly care industry of Fujian province.
