Hwa Nan Leaders Attended 2023 Quality Workforce Development Strategy Forum


To further carry out the strategy on developing a quality work force, President Ren Jianhong and Vice President Huang Leijing attended 2023 Quality Workforce Development Strategy Forum at Beijing on December 2.  The forum was hosted by Western China Human Resources Development Foundation.  With the theme of carrying out quality workforce development strategy and strengthening talent support for Chinese modernization, the forum aimed to explore talents’ fundamental and key roles in the new journey of fulfilling Chinese modernization, and contribute wisdom and strength to the implementation of quality workforce development strategy.

Ma Li, the 13th CPPCC National Committee Member and Deputy Editor-in-chief with China Daily, and Chair of China Association of Policy Science, Sun Xueyu, the 14th CPPCC National Committee Member, Ke Bingsheng, Full-time Member of National Ethic Affairs Commission of the PRC and Former President of China Agricultural University gave opening remarks.  They all emphasized high-caliber talents play a vital guiding role in Chinese modernization, and expected Western China Human Resources Development Foundation focus on the central task of talent development and spare no effort to identify, cultivate and appoint competent personnel.

Vice President Huang Leijing on behalf of Hwa Nan signed the cooperative agreement with the Foundation.  After expressing gratitude to the philanthropists, she said Hwa Nan would make the most of the foundation and the talent cloud platform, build collaboration with various organizations, and promote full integration of talent training and industry.

At the Roundtable on Talent Ability Requirement and Training Model in the New Era, President Ren Jianhong pointed out while training students professional skills, schools should enhance students’ overall competency in language expression, communication, team collaboration, and self enhancement, and teach them applications of digital technologies to be adaptable to the needs of talents in the rapidly developing new era.
