In the spring vacation of 2024, six teachers from Office of Admissions and Career Services with the assistance from student counselors visited students who have difficulty finding jobs at different places within the province, facilitating their employment, offering employment guidance, and giving subsidies.

During the visits, teachers had face-to-face conversations with students and their parents, introducing employment policies, and learning about students' difficulties, employment intentions and career plans.  They offered targeted advice, guided students to choose jobs according to their interest and their potential, and patiently answered questions about job interviews and employment procedures.  They encouraged students to face the challenge, expand the development space, uphold diligent and resilient spirit, build up confidence, seize opportunities, reverse lives through knowledge and skills, and serve in places where the country needs them the most.
