Vice President Zhang Qiuping Led the Team to Visit Ningde Tianle Retirement Home



On the morning of February 29, 2024, in order to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between schools and enterprises, Vice President Zhang Qiuping led a delegation of key teachers from the Academic Affairs Office and the Department of Health Services to visit Tianle Retirement Home and signed a contract to build a practice training base.  This visit marks the beginning of two sides’ joint cooperation in the field of personnel training for elderly care services.


Liu Wenying, Director of Social Work Office of Gutian County Civil Affairs Bureau, Xiao Yandan, Chairman of Tianle Group, Shen Caigeng, President of Tianle Retirement Home in Gutian County, accompanied the visit. Vice President Zhang Qiuping and his delegation spoke highly of the perfect facility and service quality of Tianle Retirement Home.

At the subsequent meeting, Xiao Yandan, Chairman of Tianle Group, introduced the current development of Tianle Retirement Home and its future plan. Vice President Zhang Qiuping said that building a high-quality internship and training platform can allow students to have a deeper understanding of the operation and management of elderly care services, improve students' professional skills, and provide a window for professionals to understand the new dynamics of enterprises.  She hopes that both schools and enterprises will take this signing as an opportunity to cooperate in collaborative education, integration of production and education, and optimization of talent supply so as to promote two-way empowerment and win-win development.

The two sides believed the cooperation will achieve resource sharing and advantage complementation, and lay a solid foundation for training high-quality elderly care service talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.  In the future, the two sides will continue to deepen cooperation, jointly explore a new model for the training of elderly care service talents, and contribute to the healthy development of the elderly care service industry.
