To fully implement the employment decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee, the provincial government, the municipal party committee and the municipal government on solidly promoting high quality and full employment of college graduates in 2024, on the afternoon of May 15, Hwa Nan and China Straits Talent Market jointly held Fujian 2024 Culture and Art Industry Job Fair, Council Chair Yu Rongmin, President Ren Jianhong, Party Secretary Li Tingwang, Vice Presidents Huang Leijing and Zhang Qiuping, Deputy Secretary Wu Lanjia attended the job fair.

The job fair adopts the ways of offline supply and demand meeting and two-way selection, inviting 150 enterprises such as Fujian Xibin Hotel Co., Ltd. Fuzhou Li Yu Zhou Branch, Fuzhou Golden Arch Food Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Yuehua Hotel Co., LTD., to provide graduates with more than 1,000 professional positions covering hotel, finance, medical, catering, education and other fields.

At the fair, graduates actively communicate with enterprises face to face, take the initiative to learn about the company, job requirements and salary for seeking suitable jobs. The booths for recruitment workstation, employment consultation, policy consultation for Fuzhou university graduates and other special areas were also set up at the job fair.   China Strait Talent Market and Fuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau also provided all-round employment and entrepreneurship policy consultation for graduates on the scene.

The campus job fair provided a platform for graduates to communicate directly with employers.  Hwa Nan leaders and heads of departments and majors also carried out in-depth exchanges with employers on the scene to know about the industry’s development and talent needs and accumulate first-hand information for the reform of education and teaching, the optimization of majors, and the continuous improvement of social adaptability in talent training.
