On the afternoon of September 18, Hwa Nan invited Professor Zhao Yuan, former President of Jinling Women's College of Nanjing Normal University, to give a lecture on the theme of Women’s Leadership and Management Wisdom for all school cadres.

With her profound academic attainment and rich practical experience, Professor Zhao analyzed the connotation of leadership, the gender difference in leadership and the way to improve.  She detailed a six-dimensional model of leadership and emphasized that leadership is not the preserve of a few, but a mode of thinking that can be developed through study and practice.  Women’s leadership, as a unique leadership model, integrates female skills or female characteristics, which can show different charm and effect in leadership behavior.  In order to effectively improve leadership, Professor Zhao emphasized the importance of decision-making, organization and execution.

After the lecture, President Ren Jianhong expressed her sincere thanks to Professor Zhao Yuan for the theoretical interpretation and practical guidance provided for the leadership improvement of Hwa Nan's cadres and staff, and encouraged all cadres to take this lecture as an opportunity to constantly exercise leadership in practical work and jointly promote the development of the school.
