Recently, Teacher Wang Xuran participated in the training of Fujian players in the first National Vocational Skills Competition for Childcare jointly organized by Fujian Provincial Health Commission and Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and served as a technical instructor.  With advanced education philosophy, exquisite teaching skills, and the ultimate pursuit of details, she tailor-made a set of scientific training programs for the Fujian Childcare Team, which effectively improved the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the players.

Under the leadership of Teacher Wang Xuran, the Fujian Childcare Team showed extraordinary teamwork and individual strength in National Vocational Skills Competition for Childcare.  With solid professional knowledge, flexible adaptability and warm humanistic care, the team won one second prize, three third prizes and three third prizes in the team competition.

The Fujian Provincial Health Commission sent a letter of thanks, highly praising the excellent talent and dedication shown by Teacher Wang Xuran during the training and the final competition.
