Recently, the Fujian Provincial Department of Education announced the results of the 2026 Provincial Teaching Achievement Evaluation. The core achievement of our college's Full-Chain Community Health and Elderly Care Service Professional Group—the project titled Innovation and Practice of Talent Cultivation Adapted to Elderly Care Services in Fujian: Three-Dimensional Integration · Whole-Process Practice · Tripartite Collaboration—has been awarded the Second Prize in the Provincial Teaching Achievement Award for Vocational Education.

This award-winning project was led by faculty members Yu Rongqing, Zhang Min, Qian Xiaoyun, Luo Yufang, Zhang Fang, Xiao Yandan, and Chen Honghua. Grounded in the elderly care needs of Fujian region, the achievement systematically establishes a new talent cultivation paradigm with distinct Fujian characteristics, fully reflecting the depth of our college's teaching reform in the health and elderly care service sector and the remarkable outcomes of practice-oriented education. The project represents an exemplary practice of college-enterprise dual-subject collaborative education between our college and Fujian Tianle Elderly Care Service Co., Ltd., demonstrating the institutional strengths of deep industry-education integration.

Prior to this, our college's Full-Chain Community Health and Elderly Care Service Professional Group was selected as the Provincial High-Level Professional Group (Type A)—the core carrier of our college's Double High Plan construction. This teaching achievement award marks systematic breakthroughs of this professional group in talent cultivation model innovation, curriculum system reconfiguration, practice platform development, and social service output. It injects strong momentum into our college's bid for the new round of the Double High Plan, and contributes the Hwa Nan Women's College Solution to the high-quality development of the regional health and elderly care industry.
